How CSMemail works?
Use CSM email software to certify your incoming mail, to prevent the reception of unwanted , unsolicited e-mail and Spam.
It will automatically stop any intruder from sending unwanted material, viruses or any other attack to the security of your company computer or private PC.
CSMemail software first checks the email address against your "blacklist". If the address is listed there, it's ignored completely.
Blocks Unwanted Spam by allowing only messages from your certified senders list or exception list to reach your In-box - other mail is quarantined for you to review later and will be listed as waiting authorization(only available in CSMemail-PRO).
If you have the standard version all other email will be refuse, a message will be sent to sender to inform him (this message can be customized by you) that his message has been refused and a link will be provided for him to ask permission to contact you by fill in an anti Spam form on our web.
Waiting authorization (only available in CSMemail-PRO) lets you choose if sender will be:
1 - certified ( a new certificate will be created and send to sender for future use) message will be accepted, message will be sent to sender to inform him that message has been accepted with reserve and in future messages he should attach the certificate to send you mail.(If sender has CSMemail installed the certificate will be automatically stored by CSMemail and attached to all messages automatically.
2 - authorize once or always (sender will be added to authorized list) message will be accepted
3 - black list (sender will be added to the black list) message will be refused, message will be sent to sender to inform him that his message has been refused and a link will be provided for him to ask permission to contact you by fill in an anti Spam form on our web
4 - ignore message will be refused, a message will be sent to sender to inform him that the message has been refused and a link will be provided for him to ask permission to contact you by fill an anti Spam form on our web.
It gives you full control and security on your mail communication by generating a unique encrypted certificate to be offered to your senders.
By certifying your sender it will give a 100% certainty that the message coming from that sender were not manipulated or intercepted by other parties avoiding risks of identity theft.
