Mail Storage Center is an application that allows the automatic archiving of all ordinary and/or certified email correspondence.

Mail Storage Center stores a companies incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence in an SQLs database. It integrates the Certified Security eMails software, an email administrator and a valid anti-spam product. MSC offers to companies the opportunity to have a centralized archive, safely storing all business correspondence to individuals, with search facilities throughout its email “History”.

Mail Storage Center utilises all standard communication protocols and expolits advanced technologies to guarantee reliable, secure archiving. Special attention is paid to privacy protection policies.

Transparency and adaptability Mail Storage Center is adaptable to any e-mail system (Exchange, Unix/Linux …) and it integrates with any e-mail browser (Outlook, Thunderbird, Express, Netscape, Eudora…) resulting in a clear and user friendly software. Supported by CSM (Certified Security eMail), MSC manages any business correspondence in a centralised archive.	“Historic and safe” archiving, guaranteed. Mail Storage Center guarantees to any company, the creation and preservation of a “History Archive” of all electronic correspondences. Often email correspondences are preserved in a computer, which runs the risk of loss with accidental cancellation or a crash.
Recent Laws compliance made simple (Directive 2006/24/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 15 March 2006) Companies are now required to preserve correspondences for many years on a non-rewritable device. A key feature of MSC is that it simplifies an administrators workload and at the same time it allows them to work quickly and safely within the constraints of the latest laws. Backup Function With Mail Storage Center you can store emails on CDs / DVDs and review them later directly on CDs / DVDs, by selecting the Search key.	Certified Security eMail “the communication engine” With MSC comes CSM, a mail administrator able to intercept and answer autonomously to any unknown sender. It also requests its identification through a certificate, guaranteeing its reception and consequently its archiving, only the verified and accepted ones. CSM allows, also, to sort between “White Lists” and “Black Lists” and as added security, it is possible to issue private certificates for selected people. All the email messages with a valid certification will be considered safe and subsequently archived.
