RPost and PEC Integration
Another feature recently added to MSC (mail storage center) allow to store Certified email coming from R-post or Pec with an easy criteria to follow the history of each certificated email by linking received and sent email with the same certificated emails.

Integration with famous RPost
We are developing a new version of our product MSC (and CSM too).
The new feature will include full support for RPost certified mails.

Our CSM program will recognize RPost outgoing / incoming mail, backup and grouping them for easy search into the database.

- we have decided to use only one database for CSM & MSC purpose. This new database is Microsoft Sql Server 2005 - Express Edition. It's a FREE edition of Sql Server, very powerful and easy-to-use.

A new version is coming...

We have concerned that the installation process is a bit difficult for some people, so we have decided to simplify this process building 2 installation (1 for CSM, 1 for MSC), removing every database, driver installation.

Emails are a widely used and accepted form of official business communication by and within the Australian Government. As such, they provide essential evidence of the conduct of government business and are important information assets of the Australian Government. Formal government communications such as emails should be controlled by standardised business processes and within information management regimes that protect the interests of citizens and the Commonwealth in a cost-efficient manner.

Standardising the metadata for transmission with emails will facilitate corporate control and efficient processing and management of these important records for business purposes. It will enable automated processing of the distribution and control of emails, and allow important information about the business context of the communications to be captured into agency information systems with the emails themselves. In addition, assigning standardised metadata to business emails at the point of creation will facilitate the capture of these emails into agency systems designed to manage records.

This document, approved by the CIOC in June 2005, presents a set of core metadata tags for transmission with business emails and describes the business rationale behind each tag. While the document does not specifically address metadata for non-business emails, this issue does raise a question as to what metadata, if any, would be appropriate to apply to such email.

Updates
We have introduced the SMTP server connected to the POP3 account in CSM program.
Now "you" can select different SMTP server for different accounts.

We are developing a more easier installation program and a help page in order to aid the customer during the installation process.

Italian Government posts law for email certification
Posta elettronica certificata per le imprese (articolo 16, commi da 6 a 12)
Obbligo per le imprese costituite in forma societaria di indicare nella domanda di iscrizione al registro delle imprese il proprio indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata o analogo indirizzo di posta elettronica basato su tecnologie che certifichino data e ora dell'invio e della ricezione delle comunicazioni e l'integrità del contenuto. Obbligo per i professionisti iscritti in albi di comunicare all'Ordine o al Collegio di appartenenza do comunicare a questi ultimi il proprio indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata entro un anno dall'entrata in vigore del decreto-legge anticrisi. Ordini e Collegi renderanno poi consultabile esclusivamente dalle pubbliche amministrazioni in via telematica l'elenco riservato dei propri iscritti con il relativo indirizzo di posta elettronica. Ritocchi alle comunicazioni tra le amministrazioni pubbliche, allo scopo di portare a regime l'uso della posta elettronica certificata come ordinario e tendenzialmente unico strumento di comunicazione, in alternativa all'invio postale di documenti cartacei. Per amministrazioni, imprese costituite in forma societaria e professionisti iscritti in albi ed elenchi istituiti con legge dello Stato, l'invio di comunicazioni tramite posta elettronica certificata non richiede che il destinatario dichiari previamente la propria disponibilità ad accettarne l'utilizzo. Consultazione telematica libera e senza oneri da parte delle pubbliche amministrazioni, delle imprese e dei cittadini degli indirizzi di posta elettronica certificata presenti nel Registro delle imprese o negli albi o elenchi. L'estrazione di elenchi di indirizzi è consentita solo a pubbliche amministrazioni per le comunicazioni relative agli adempimenti amministrativi di competenza. Novellato il Codice dell'amministrazione digitale.

This solution uses Certified Security e-Mail to provide a secure system. It archives the sent or received e-mail in SQL database to ease future retrieval in future. An anti-spam solution is built in. The anti-spam is capable of intercepting and answering automatically to unknown senders, requesting their certification, ensuring the reception and the archiving of only the significant e-mails. Users can search through their e-Mails chronologically. It guarantees the companies creation and conservation of and “historical archive” of the electronic communications.
